PFA non-stick coating is a highly pure, clear powder coating with the characteristics of both PTFE and FEP, melt flow to form a thin film when the coating is melted.The advantages of PFA are higher continuous use temperature stability of 260°C, stronger rigidity (hardness Hardness 60-65, *@D2240) and lower melting point (305°C) than PTFE, especially suitable for use in anti-stick and chemical resistance applications under high temperature conditions.
